PRIDE Secures Funds for Low-Income Home Repairs

Community Renewal (HCR), through the New York State Housing Trust Fund Corporation (HTFC), will submit a request to U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for the release of $355,725 in HOME funds under Title II of the Cranston-Gonzalez National Affordable Housing Act (NAHA) of 1990, in accordance with section 288 (42 U.S.C. 12838), to authorize Pride of Ticonderoga, Inc. to undertake a project known as Essex, Warren & Washington County HOME Repair 2020, for purposes of single-family home rehabilitation for 10 units at scattered sites within the Towns of Crown Point, Dresden, Hague, Putnam, Ticonderoga, and Whitehall with an estimated total project cost of $355,725
