RFP: RESTORE Rehabilitation Project 4 (Ticonderoga)

North Country Rural Development (NRDC) is actively seeking bids for our next RESTORE rehabilitation project. These projects help ensure low to moderate-income and senior families in our community can remain in their homes, have a safe place to live and align with our mission to improve living conditions and enhance the quality of life for families in the North Country. We hope that you will consider placing a bid for this upcoming project.

This RESTORE project consists of inspecting a support beam and adding additional bracing, removing rocks supporting cellar stair landing, and installing poured concrete footers and handrails to meet NYS Building Code requirements. Bid awards will be announced May 8th.

To participate in the bidding process, please provide a comprehensive breakdown of costs related to labor and materials for each project segment. The winning contractor should be prepared to provide North Country Rural Development (NRDC) with their current Liability Insurance, Worker’s Compensation and Lead Renovators certification upon being awarded the bid. Contractors new to working with North Country Rural Development (NRDC) will also be required to fill out a Contractor Application.
