The North Country Rural Development Coalition is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for a CDBG Residential Rehabilitation Project located in Upper Jay, New York.

This project involves code compliance repairs and upgrades to a single-family residence, including but not limited to roof structure repair/replacement, window replacement to meet egress requirements, electrical panel replacement, safety improvements, and related health and environmental remediation as outlined in the Scope of Work.

This project is funded in whole or in part through New York State Homes and Community Renewal (HCR) and/or the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Housing Rehabilitation Program. All work must comply with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including NYS Residential Code, NEC, HUD Lead Safe Housing Rule, EPA RRP requirements, Section 3, MWBE participation, and Fair Housing requirements.
