North Country Rural Development Coalition (NRDC) is soliciting competitive bids for up to four residential wastewater infrastructure projects in Essex County, NY, located in Willsboro, Schroon, and Lewis. Work may include wastewater lateral repairs or replacements, connections, excavation, restoration, and authorized septic improvements. Contractors may bid on individual projects or multiple projects.
