Dear Contractors, NRDC is seeking proposals from modular home vendors for a housing project funded by NYS HCR CDBG. The project includes the provision and installation of a 1500 square feet, 3-bedroom/2-bathroom, one-story ADA compliant modular home. The selected vendor will also be responsible for demolishing the existing single-family structure, preparing the site for a new foundation, and installing the new modular home.
