This project includes upgrades to the existing hut structure, such as replacing the roof, any damaged siding, and the door. We would like to help bring more public art to Ticonderoga, NY, and we are asking for YOUR feedback! The Essex County Land Bank (ECLB), an affiliate of the North Country Rural Development Coalition (NRDC), is seeking proposals from qualified book keeping and accounting firms, or professionals, to provide ongoing monthly bookkeeping, including account reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, accounting and audit support, report creation, and QuickBooks maintenance. This procurement process will serve for all three entities: the ECLB, Ticonderoga Revitalization Alliance (TRA), and NRDC. However, services are currently only required for ECLB. This project involves the purchase and installation of a refrigeration system for a 65’ x 125’ seasonal outdoor ice rink. Jay, NY — September 11, 2024 — The Essex County Land Bank is proud to announce the successful completion of our first rehabilitated home in Upper Jay. This marks a significant milestone in our mission to revitalize vacant and underutilized properties and transform them into quality, affordable housing for Essex County residents.
