The Essex County Land Bank (ECLB), an affiliate of the North Country Rural Development Coalition (NRDC), is seeking proposals from qualified book keeping and accounting firms, or professionals, to provide ongoing monthly bookkeeping, including account reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, accounting and audit support, report creation, and QuickBooks maintenance. This procurement process will serve for all three entities: the ECLB, Ticonderoga Revitalization Alliance (TRA), and NRDC. However, services are currently only required for ECLB. This project involves the purchase and installation of a refrigeration system for a 65’ x 125’ seasonal outdoor ice rink.
