Our goal is to enhance the lives of seniors in Ticonderoga, Putnam, Hague, Moriah, and Crown Point by bringing joy, fostering a sense of belonging, and embodying the true spirit of the holidays. We would like to help bring more public art to Ticonderoga, NY, and we are asking for YOUR feedback! In addition to historic buildings, well-tended gardens, beautiful lakes, and clean sidewalks, public art can benefit our town. Public art enriches our lives, draws in tourists, fosters local creative talent, encourages economic growth, and beautifies our communities.  Some state-level funding is earmarked for revitalization, and this funding can be used for public art programming.  The Essex County Land Bank and the North Country Rural Development Coalition (NRDC), are evaluating the community’s interest in public art, and we are asking Ticonderoga residents to participate in this short anonymous survey. Dear Contractors, NRDC is seeking proposals from modular home vendors for a housing project funded by NYS HCR CDBG. The project includes the provision and installation of a 1500 square feet, 3-bedroom/2-bathroom, one-story ADA compliant modular home.
