The Ticonderoga Natural Foods Cooperative, Inc. invites proposals from design-build construction firms for the renovation of its 1,910 sq ft. ground-floor retail grocery and commercial kitchen at 109 Montcalm St., Ticonderoga, NY.
The project scope includes: new storefront facade, completion of commercial kitchen, interior reconfiguration to include cafe seating, energy efficiency upgrades, electrical upgrades and safe rear egress linking to McCormick Street and the River Walk.
All work must comply with NYS Homes & Community Renewal (HCR) guidelines, SHPPO standards, ADA requirements, NYS Dept of Agriculture & Markets regulations and all other applicable codes/regulations. Demonstrated experience with HCR-funded programs is preferred.
The Ticonderoga Natural Foods Cooperative encourages participation from Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises and Section 3 businesses. Proposers should identify any MWBE or Section 3 participation within their team.
