The New York State-funded Mobile and Manufactured Home Replacement (MMHR) Program was developed to assist low- and moderate-income homeowners in replacing dilapidated mobile or manufactured homes on land owned by the homeowner with a new manufactured, modular, or site-built home.
NCRD is currently not administering this program, but we hope to in the near future. Please fill out an application to be added to our waitlist.

Applications will be reviewed for program eligibility on a first-received basis. Applications not funded through this program will be added to the NCRD’s waiting list, which is based on a first come first served basis, so you want to make sure that you get your completed application in as soon as possible.
