09 May Request for Proposals for Modular Home Vendor Services for PRIDE of Ticonderoga
Dear Contractors,
NRDC is seeking proposals from modular home vendors for a housing project funded by NYS HCR CDBG. The project includes the provision and installation of a 1500 square feet, 3-bedroom/2-bathroom, one-story ADA compliant modular home. The selected vendor will also be responsible for demolishing the existing single-family structure, preparing the site for a new foundation, and installing the new modular home.
We strongly encourage Minority and Women-Owned Businesses and Section 3 Businesses to apply. Proposals are due on May 22nd, 2023, at 5 PM. The selection criteria for vendor selection are recent experience, timely delivery of services, and the proposed cost of services. The proposal review process is expected to take no longer than one (1) week.
