16 Oct Request for Proposals (RFP): Bookkeeping and Accounting Support Services
The Essex County Land Bank (ECLB), an affiliate of the North Country Rural Development Coalition (NRDC), is seeking proposals from qualified book keeping and accounting firms, or professionals, to provide ongoing monthly bookkeeping, including account reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, accounting and audit support, report creation, and QuickBooks maintenance. This procurement process will serve for all three entities: the ECLB, Ticonderoga Revitalization Alliance (TRA), and NRDC. However, services are currently only required for ECLB.
This will be a three-year contract, with the opportunity for annual renewal based on performance. Full virtual bookkeeping is permitted, with no on-site visits required. Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (MWBEs), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses (SDVOBs), and Section 3 businesses are encouraged to apply.
