CONTRACTORS WANTED – RESIDENTIAL REHABILITATION PROJECT | WHITEHALL, NY
North Country Rural Development Coalition (NRDC) is seeking qualified contractors to submit bids for an upcoming residential rehabilitation project in Whitehall, New York.
The scope of work includes comprehensive residential rehabilitation and health and safety improvements, including:
Contractors must be appropriately qualified and insured and must perform all work in accordance with applicable New York State and local code requirements, program requirements, and the complete NRDC bid documents.
