28 Jan RFP: CDBG CrossMod Home Replacement – Moriah
The North Country Rural Development Coalition (NRDC) is seeking bids for a CDBG project in Moriah, NY. This project is being re-bid in order to solicit proposals that include CrossMod homes. This project includes site evaluation, preparation, delivery and installation of an approximately 1600 square foot CrossMod Home that is eBuilt® certified™ [or a JIT New Energy Star Certified Modular Home], and all related services such as foundation work, utility connections, septic system replacement, and obtaining the Certificate of Occupancy. Contractors must comply with NY State and Local codes.

Proposals should include all items on the bid sheet, as well as a project timeline, spec sheet for proposed home, and potential floor plan. Preference for contractors with experience in frost-protected foundations and Energy Star certified manufactured homes. Please utilize the bid sheet provided and include details on both modular and CrossMod options.
