North Country Rural Development Coalition is actively seeking bids for building upgrades to the Ticonderoga Community Ice Rink hut.
This project includes upgrades to the existing hut structure, such as replacing the roof, any damaged siding, and the door. This project also includes the installation of a 7’x10′ ADA-compliant restroom adjacent to the existing hut structure.

Bids will be accepted until December 4, 2024 at 12:00 P.M. Bid awards will be announced approximately five business days after the deadline. If you are not interested in bidding on this project, please let us know by the deadline and we will remove you from the contact list for this project.To participate in the bidding process, please provide a comprehensive breakdown of costs related to each project segment. We also require each bidder to sign a non-collusion certification statement. The winning contractor should be prepared to provide NRDC with their current Liability Insurance upon being awarded the bid.
