RFP – Manufactured Housing Replacement in Putnam

The North Country Rural Development Coalition (NRDC) is seeking bids for a HOME Manufactured Housing Replacement project in Putnam, NY. We are demolishing a dilapidated manufactured home and replacing it with a new manufactured home on the same footprint, with the project start date set for the middle of May. The work includes site evaluation, preparation, installation of an Energy Star certified, approximately 1170 square foot manufactured home and all related services such as foundation work, utility connections, and obtaining the Certificate of Occupancy. Contractors must comply with NY State and Local codes.

New contractors will also need to complete our contractor application (attached).
