North Country Rural Development is actively seeking bids for our next HOME rehabilitation project. These projects help ensure low to moderate-income and senior families in our community can remain in their homes, have a safe place to live and align with our mission to improve living conditions and enhance the quality of life for families in the North Country. This HOME project consists of rehabilitation and renovation work such as lead and asbestos abatement, HVAC, bathroom renovation and window/door replacements in Whitehall, NY. For exact details and specifications for this property, please reach out to hcarroll@northcountryruraldevelopment.org.
To participate in the bidding process, please provide a comprehensive breakdown of costs related to labor and materials for each project segment. The winning contractor should be prepared to provide North Country Rural Development with their current Liability Insurance, EPA Lead Certification and Worker’s Compensation upon being awarded the bid. New contractors will also need to complete our contractor application.
