The North Country Rural Development Coalition (NRDC) is seeking bids for a HOME Manufactured Housing Replacement project in Granville, NY. We are demolishing a dilapidated manufactured home and replacing it with a new double-wide manufactured home on a different footprint on the same parcel, with the project start date set for the beginning of September . The work includes site evaluation, preparation, installation of an Energy Star certified, approximately 1600 square foot manufactured home and all related services such as foundation work, utility connections, and obtaining the Certificate of Occupancy. Contractors must comply with NY State and Local codes.
