North Country Rural Development Coalition is excited to announce our most recent opportunity to submit bids for a RESTORE emergency rehabilitation project. This program is crucial in ensuring that low to moderate-income families and seniors in our community can continue to live safely and comfortably in their homes. This RESTORE project calls for drilling of a well for a single family home and installation of all associated mechanicals to facilitate the supply of water to the main structure. Should you wish to view the project site prior to submitting your bid, please contact the NRDC office at 518-585-6366 for arrangements. Bids will be accepted until Sept 26th, 2024, at 4:00 P.M. Please submit your bids to: admin@northcountryruraldevelopment.org. The winning bids will be announced no later than Sept 27th 2024.
To ensure a thorough and competitive bidding process, we ask that you provide a detailed breakdown of costs for labor and materials for each segment of the project. The successful contractor must be prepared to submit current Liability Insurance and Worker’s Compensation certification upon award. New contractors will also need to complete our contractor application.
