Project Overview
The project at 16 Montcalm Street aims to enhance the building façade, improve energy efficiency, preserve historic character, and contribute to the revitalization of downtown Ticonderoga. Work includes replacement of storefront windows, insulation, façade restoration, balcony repair, brick repointing, and repainting.
