REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)
Videography & Photography Services
The North Country Rural Development Coalition (NRDC) and the Essex County Land Bank (ECLB) are seeking qualified videography and photography professionals to document community revitalization projects and events throughout Essex County.
Contract Period: March–December 2026
Services: Event videography and photography, short-form recap videos, and documentary-style storytelling for community, arts, and placemaking events. Experience with community-based or documentary work preferred.
Proposal Deadline: February 14, 2026, by 5:00 PM EST
