Project Overview
The Essex County Land Bank is seeking proposals from qualified roofing contractors for a full roof replacement at 116 Montcalm Street, Ticonderoga, NY.
This three-story commercial building (approximately 13,536 sq. ft.) was originally constructed in 1942 and features a flat roof.
Scope of Work
The selected contractor will be responsible for:

Complete removal of the existing roof system

Inspection and repair of decking as needed

Installation of a new, code-compliant roofing system

Flashing, drainage, and related finishing work

Providing a minimum 20-year system warranty
All work must comply with New York State Building Codes and local zoning requirements.
Site Visit
There will be one opportunity to view the project site prior to the bid submission deadline.
